Mix all the ingredients in water to form a soft ball. Divide the ball in 2 parts
Take a flat bottomed tawa, grease it with ghee, flatten out the small balls into a roti like structure. Pinch one hole in middle and 6-8 holes on the sides. Ensure the thickness of thalipeeth is not very fine as it might become very crunchy
On a medium flame, cover and cook on one side. Once the water from lid starts dropping on the tawa, remove the cover. Flip the thalipeeth and cook without cover
Serve with Cucumber Raita and Coconut Coriander Chutney.
