Instructions
  1. Blanch, Peel and finely chop the red tomatoes. Make a paste of the garlic and ginger
  2. Heat oil, add brown onions and ginger-garlic paste to it and cook till they brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, chilli powder , garam masala and cook to a thick consistency
  4. Add vinegar and simmer for about 5 minutes. When cool, pack in an airtight clean jar and store.
