Instructions
  1. Wash the Sweet Potato thoroughly to remove any dirt from them. I soak them in water for 15 minutes. Then wipe them clean and remove their skin or retain it if the skin is good and grate. The grated sweet potatoes should be kept in some water since it has a tendency to change color to grey/black
  2. In a thick bottomed pan, on a medium flame, add the ghee. After it heats up add Cumin, Chopped green chillies. Sautee for a minute. Now add the grated sweet potato and mix well. Cover and cook for 5- 10 minutes till steam starts escaping.
  3. Add the coarsely ground roasted peanut powder and salt. Mix well. The mixture should be dry after mixing. If it feels a bit sticky, increase the peanut powder TBSP wise. Cover and again cook for 5-10 minutes
  4. Garnish with grated fresh coconut, chopped coriander and serve with a piece of lemon
