Rajgira Roti Recipe
Rajgira Roti is a gluten free dish prepared using Amarnath / Rajgira flour. Typically prepared during fasting festivals like Navratri, Ekadashi, Mahashivratri, etc. but not restricted to fasts.

Instructions
  1. In a dry , clean plate take the Rajgira flour. Add all the powders, salt and knead a soft ball using water as required.
  2. Make four small balls from the dough. Roll the balls into small roti using a rolling pin and rajgira flour for dusting
  3. On a medium flame gas, heat the iron tawa till it feels warm to the hands. Put the roti and roast for a minute. apply some ghee and flip. Apply ghee to the roasted end. Cook for 2 minutes both sides.
  4. Rajgira Roti is ready to be served
